5 Inclusive Wellness Instagram Accounts to Follow Now

Adding some wellness Instagram accounts to your feed will remind you to take some “you time” every time you scroll through insta. I know you’ve heard this before… but it’s SO important for you, as a business owner, to take time away from your day for self-care. I’ve put together a list of some wellness accounts to check out. Trust me, I know this is easier said than done! Need some inspo? Check out my blog on self-care for biz owners to get some ideas!

Whenever I need a quick reset during the day, I will scroll through instagram for some positivity and motivation. I follow a lot of folks in the wellness space, so I’m always being uplifted and reminded to take some time for myself to practice self-care. These folks embrace the indigenous roots and their own identities while exploring different wellness practices. Let’s check out some of my favorite inclusive and diverse wellness Instagram accounts that you should follow.

Jessamyn Stanley is a pioneer of the concept that yoga is for everybody. Follow them for a mix of body positivity, sex positivity, and pro-black realness. You will be practicing self-care in no time! FOLLOW >

Joye Williams, the owner of Joyefully Natural, combines herbs and other products grown from her garden to create nourishing body oils, lotions, and body products. Follow her for personal musings on self-care and becoming more connected with the natural world. FOLLOW >

Follow Mariam Mouna “Mar”, the owner of I See You Wellness. With a wide collection of courses, workshops, and 1:1 services, the options are endless to bring some healing and awakening to your life. On their feed you’ll find motivational quotes and eye-opening posts. FOLLOW >

Kristina, the owner of Ritual Werk, is focused on meditation and the energy healing practice of Reiki. Follow their feed to see what they’ve been up to and to bring a daily ritual of meditation to your life. If that’s not self-care, I don’t know what is! FOLLOW >

The Nap Ministry, founded in 2016, makes rest a priority rather than an afterthought. From their Instagram bio “We examine the liberating power of naps. We believe rest is a form of resistance and reparations.”. Follow their feed for reminders to slow down. A nap may be just what you need. FOLLOW >

Hopefully these wellness instagram accounts will inspire you to take a little more time for yourself than you typically do. Self-care as a business owner is so so important to avoiding burnout. These accounts promote the fact that wellness should be accessible to everyone, including you!
